graduated from the University of Maine with a Bachelor's of Science
degree in Kinesiology. He served 4 years as the Strength Coach and
Assistant Athletic Trainer at Stonehill College. He is currently
certified by the National Athletic Training Association as an athletic
trainer, and by the National Strength and Conditioning Association
as a strength and conditioning specialist. |

Julie graduated from Bridgewater
State College with a BS in Exercise Science. She has over 10 years
of experience in the fitness industry. Julie is certified as a
Nutrition Specialist and holds a 3rd degree black belt in Eclectic
Karate. In her spare time she enjoys bodybuilding, dancing and
teaching karate. |

Laura graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a BS in Exercise Science and is currently working towards her Strength and Conditioning Certification (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Laura was a Division I All-American lacrosse player for UNH. She has had experience working for a variety of different programs including the UNH Cardiac Rehab program as well as an internship in the UNH Strength and Conditioning Facility. |

Lisa graduated from Bridgewater State College with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Exercise Science. She has been training for over eight years and has experience working with a diverse population ranging in age from 10-90. She is currently certified by the National Strength & Conditioning Association as a Personal Trainer and as a Strength & Conditioning Specialist. Lisa is also a certified Pilates & Spinning instructor. She has experience working with pre and post-natal fitness, preparation for body building & athletic competitions, nutritional counseling and clients with various injuries coming from physical therapy. She enjoys working with beginners as well as competitive athletes. Lisa competed in fitness/body building competitions for five years and likes to keep herself busy playing sports and bike riding. |

Ken Thoman -

Ken currently holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and is ACSM certified. He was the head coach of the Men's and Women's Alpine program at UMass for two years and during that time he led the team to several regional championship titles and multiple individual national titles. Before coaching for UMass, Ken was also a successful alpine racer earning NCAA All-American and All-conference Awards 4 years in a row. Ken believes in developing individualized training programs for your own specific goals. His specialties are in sport performance, competitive bodybuilding, and ski conditioning. |
